BEA. Training & Seminare  is a training organisation for continuing vocational training. Founded in 1991 as "FORUM WEITERBILDUNG" and renamed in 2000 to BEA. Training & Seminare it is nationally recognized as a national training Center today.

BEA. Training & Seminare organizes annually an openly accessible seminar program for enterprises, public administrations and social organizations.

  

The seminar program covers the following:

  • Management and organization

  • Communication skills

  • Leadership

  • Self management and work engineerings

  • Marketing, sales techniques and public relations

With its partner, the BEA. Wirtschafts- & Organisationsentwicklung GmbH (BEA. Economic and Organizational Consulting Agency), BEA. Training & Seminare offers consulting in all questions of personnel and human resources development and strategic development. It offers tailor-made inhouse training and coaching for high-level personnel and coworkers / staff as well.

Additionally the BEA. Training & Seminare has experience of many years in the execution and management of projects and pilot projects which are funded by national programmes and the European Union.

  • Diversity Management in SME. (A project of the european program "EQUAL", 2005-2007)

  • Local coordination of the health and social supply in North Rhine-Westphalia in the region Unna (pilot project of the Ministry for work, health and social affairs of the country North-Rhine-Westphalia, 1996-1998)

  • Successful into entrepreneurship (pilot project on behalf of the Labour Office, 1997-1998)

  • Improvement of the competitive ability by customer orientation in small and medium enterprises (national program QUATRO, 1997-1999)

  • Product innovation in the travel branch. A qualification project for employment protection in travel agencies (national program pro Regio, 1998-2000)

  • Guidance of processes for the stimulation of trade relations between small and medium enterprises in the European market (Innovationproject on behalf of the Ministry for school and continuing training of the country NRW, 1999)

  • Market orientation and co-operation in the handicraft sector. A qualification project for employment protection (national program pro Regio, 1999-2001)

  • Development, introduction and testing of procedures and instruments to the systematic customer demand analysis to small and middle enterprises (national program QUATRO, 1999-2001)
